Erhardt Physical Therapy is owned and operated by Jonathan Erhardt, PT, MS, OCS, CMPT. Being independently owned allows our clinic to Focus on the Patient. We can provide more thorough treatment without the restrictions of external mandates.   Every person receiving treatment at Erhardt Physical Therapy will know they are receiving the highest quality of care with the greatest chance of a full recovery.  Our primary focus is our patient.

Insurance Assistance

Erhardt Physical Therapy is on most insurance panels including Providence, BCBS and we proudly support our troops by participating in TriCare. Our staff is knowledgeable in this area and will gladly research any insurance questions you have.
